William Howard Taft University launches two new business degree programs

Jerome Alley, president of William Howard Taft University, has recently announced that the school has launched two new online degree programs - an associates of arts in business administration and a bachelor of science in business administration.

Students enrolled in the degree programs will have the opportunity to select from a wide range of business electives as well as general education requisites, including courses in humanities, natural sciences, communications, mathematics, as well as social and behavioral sciences. Both degree offerings are designed for full-time, working professionals who are looking to complete assignments on their own schedule.

Due to an internal grant from The Taft University System, students who enroll in the fall semester before July 15, 2010 can qualify for significant tuition reductions. All coursework will be delivered through a distance learning module, which can be accessed from anywhere with an Internet connection.

Today, nearly 4 million students are taking online courses and earning online college degrees. At the secondary school level, more than 700,000 high school students are taking one or more courses online and nearly 40 states have established state-led virtual schools.
