Organization launches online education program for realtors

The housing market is growing stronger each day, so now may be the best time for real estate agents to return to school in order to boost their job skills and qualifications. In order to accommodate these learners, a number of institutions are launching campus-based and online adult education programs.

For example, Krista Baker, founder of RealtyBizCoach.com, recently announced the launch of an eight-week online program for realtors. The Real Estate Business-Builder System for Residential Real Estate Agents was created to cover each step of the prospecting, sales and client management process.

"Every day, real estate agents ask me, 'I'm a new real estate agent with limited experience and a small marketing budget. What is the most cost-effective way to marketing my services? How do I stand out from competitors and get prospects to choose me?'" said Baker. "I created this course to give agents the marketing tools and strategies to be successful."

The program was designed to assist real estate agents with improving their hands-on prospecting, lead generation and sales skills that can help them grow their business in a competitive market.
